First and foremost, we don’t take ourselves too seriously, we are happily unpretentious in an often overly pretentious industry. We believe size doesn’t matter (insert your own joke, tut) and, surprise, surprise, creativity and vision are not soley found in the city. We love offering good value, quality design and a service that is an extension of your business, charity or department. We love our work and usually work very long hours, and as with any other business we also love to be paid on time. We try to avoid jargon, technical speak and waffle, we believe is getting to the point in a relaxed and down-to-earth manner, preferrably with a coffee in-hand. As in any good working relationship, communication, trust and honesty all play their part in determining the outcome of each and every project, if we believe that your idea is not the best use of your time and money, we will tell you, and recommend an alternative approach. We offer free a consultation (generous, I think you’ll agree) where we will openly discuss options, budgets, expectations and goals.
Wherever we can, we try to be as flexible as possible to accomodate our clients (we have free parking for a start), and we are only too aware that one size does not fit all, and time constraints, budgets and objectives will all effect the flow of each project.

We start every project by listening to your story, we review and analyzing your current position and collateral. We research your competitors, campaigns and sector. We discuss options, timescales and costs.
2. Plan, Create and Present
We map out a plan, we estimate or quote. We design concepts, develop alternatives and present ideas.
3. Development, Adjust and Debate
We discuss, we debate, we develop and we tweak.
4. Finalisation and Sign-off
On approval, we finalise print ready of web friendly artwork, amend copy, retouch photographs, build CMS.

Much as we would like to, we don’t have a cupboard packed full of highly trained professionals and specialists all bursting to get their teeth into a project should one happen along that requires their skill set, so instead, we evaluate each new enquiry and then call on the specific services best suited for each project, from marketeers, photographers, copywriters to web developers and of course printers of every kind. Working collaboratively with these experts allows us to deliver big agency know how, without the big agency invoice.
